"I had the chance to meet Caroline at Criteo a few years ago. Since then, I never stopped to be amazed at her professionalism, charisma, and ability to always over-achieve any goal she sets for herself. She is committed to making diversity a reality, which is not fancy word for her but a dire necessity worth fighting for. I love working with her and consider myself very lucky to have crossed her path."

“At the end of 2019, when I painfully decided to stop my PhD, Caroline Chavier has been very supportive and promptly offered her help! She helped me to define and express what I was expecting from my next job and company, carefully commented my resume, and trained me for interviews. In other words, she had the whole candidate process in mind and assisted me on each step. Her dynamism and reactivity were incredible boosters! If you are looking for someone who can treat your candidates with passion and kindness, she is the one!”
