DIVERSITY - We provide an anti-discrimination environement to both our clients and candidates. We don’t tolerate any toxic behavior going against diversity and inclusion.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T - Much like in the song, we find out what it means for everyone. We respect every person with whom we interact and ensure she/he/them feel treated with the due respect they deserve.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE - Candidate is not a full-time job. At The Allyance, we aim to offer the best candidate experience and we do so by providing the best recruitment experience possible.
We select full-remote or remote-felxible opportunities, tech-savvy environments and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) sensitive companies for our candidates.RECRUITING IS AN ART - It takes time, effort, love and dedication (and sometimes, it fails but it’s alright). We are committed to hire the best talents as fast as we can, and we expect our clients to be as involved as we are, and reactive.
ENGAGEMENT - We put our money where our mouth is. We give back to committed communities and we help promote their work.
We donated a share of our 2021, we supported La Fondation pour l’audition, SOS Méditerranée, and Le fonds de dotation féministe et lesbien.
In 2022, we supported the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, le Planning familial, le GISTI, groupe d’information et de soutien des immigrés, SOS Homophobie, Le fonds de dotation féministe et lesbien, le Secours Populaire and l’Association nationale des parents d’enfants aveugles. We plan on continuing the good work.
In 2023, we supported le Planning familial, Les Enfants d’Arc en ciel et l’Association des journalistes lesbiennes, gays, bi·e·s, trans et intersexes (AJL).
This year, we already supported le Planning familial, l’Armée du salut et SOS Homophobie.
GREEN - is not the new black. We are an eco-friendly company, mindful of the planet and how we can collectively help keep it clean. We work from home, take public transport as much as possible and we clean our email on a regular basis.
FEEDBACK - We give and receive feedback from our clients, our candidats and whomever we interact with. We view feedback as a tool to grow and improve, to get better.
WE ACT FAST (BUT SERIOUSLY) - While recruiting, an efficient communication is instrumental. We all need to act fast : we expect our candidates to be reactive and our clients to answer to the applications we send within 48 hours.
KNOWLEDGE - We constantly seek to be up to date about diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging. We share knowledge via our (free) monthly newsletter, read books and select curated content about these topics.
EXCELLENCE - We aim at challenging the status quo. We make sure our clients want to get better at addressing D&I and recruitment topics. We help them reach their goal. We do not compromise on our values.
