🔗 Why do candidates need us?
More than ever, candidates and companies need a high-quality connecting platform to find the needed skills or the perfect job: The Allyance. 🎯 Our goal is to empower candidates as much as possible to deal with applications and personal introspection in a serene way.

🔊 How can we help?
First of all, Caroline (our CEO) will be the one helping you find the perfect job for you. Caroline Chavier has been working in the tech industry for more than 7 years. Even if she is specialized in Engineering, Machine Learning and Data Science, she has helped many people in different areas : freelancers, students looking for internships / apprenticeships, business developers, product managers, office managers, communication experts...etc.
Caroline Chavier wanted to expand the effort of the Tech Coaching Program she started with Sami Touil, an experienced CTO willing to share his knowledge.
🚙 Caroline can adapt to any situation. The proof lies below as she helped people in France, the UK, India, the US. Indeed, she is bilingual and able to personalize the tips she shares.
In the past months, the themes on which candidates needed help are different. Here are some examples :
🔹 Resume Review
“Create 3 CVs for different target roles, rearrange past contracts via my own company under one heading to make it easy to understand.”
“Make sure there is consistency between what I put on Linkedin, my resume & portfolio page, highlight my talk everywhere to show I share with my peers.”
🔹 Prepare interviews
“It was very insightful to have the point of view of Caroline on how I should deal with the interview process. I'm thankful for her guidance. She gave me confidence and motivation.
“Do coding games 3 times a week, make a list about what I want for my future job and make a list of companies which seem to suit me.”
“I like the fact it was very hands-on. I was given a true confidence boost and got explained in more details how some recruiters work.”
🔹 Personal branding
“I will definitely build a portfolio on Github to showcase my Front-End skills in addition to my personal website to convince future employers.”
“I understood how important being visible online is! I decided to start : 1) Attending local meetups 2) Joining Slack and Facebook Machine Learning groups 3) Diving into the job offers we listed together.”
🔹 Career management
“I was asked to make my career goals clearer in order to better convince recruiters and managers IRL. Caroline made an interview simulation and I loved it!”
“It was great to share my career plan and doubts and get feedback from someone who knows the AI industry.”
🤔 Are you convinced?
💛 One question remains : Is Caroline nice? To that question, here is what mentees thought :
“Caroline is a joy to work with!”
“I was pleasantly surprised by this session, by its approach. Caroline has an excellent vision of the market, a 360-degree vision, all sectors combined. She masters contemporary issues and challenges. She is open-minded, cultivated, and above all very insightful. Finally, her recommendations made sense, especially in terms of networking.”
“I really liked that it was over the phone, allowing more flexibility. I also enjoyed Caroline’s sincerity, allowing me to ask questions and speak about topics I would never share with a recruiter or colleague.”
