The Allyance's 2021 highlights
As 2022 is finally around the corner, we would like to take a moment to share and celebrate our 2021 successes and achievements π
The team has been super active and reached a milestone!
RECRUITMENT
π We found creative ways to engage candidates via online communication.
We hired for senior, lead or management positions such as Senior Mobile Developer, Chief Product Officer, VP Product, Senior Machine Learning Engineer, and so on β¦ in companies that are aligned with our values πͺ
π We are very proud to share that The Allyance made 20 hires this year, with 60% of them being women β¨

COACHING
In case you didnβt know yet, The Allyance also coach people, serving different purposes.
Some people need help in picking a new career, a new job or a new company, others need to be guided through a salary negotiation or an annual evaluation, some needs to be walked through returning to work after a long leave β¦ You can have a look at our coaching activity here!
In 2021, The Allyance coached 23 people, and 56% of them are women π
FACT : 13 of our coached people got hired in one of our clients company, and we are over the moon about it!

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Despite the complicated beginning of the year, with new lockdowns and the stress of a worsening pandemic, our Diversity & Inclusion activity flew through the roof!

Discrimination Awareness
This year, The Allyance dispensed 23 trainings π to HR teams, Engineering teams and sometimes even to whole companies!
