Belody will leverage her international leadership recruitment, corporate succession planning and career coaching background to enhance executive search & leadership advisory activity at The Allyance.
Belody has more than 10 years of professional experience spent in global top leadership advisory firms and European SaaS start-ups as consultant and manager. She helps companies build the best in class talent strategy to identify, develop and hire the top executive talents at global level.
In her new role at The Allyance, Belody will lead the development and oversee the executive search and leadership advisory projects.
